1. Put your flash drive in the USP port of your computer.
2. Double-click the Scheduled Tasks folder on the desktop.
3. Right click on Map F drive and choose “Run”.
4. Right click on Stop Follett and choose “Run”.
5. Right click on Flash Follett Backup” and choose “Run”
6. When the backup is complete, right click on Start Follett and choose “Run”.
7. Check that Follett is running by opening one of the Follett programs. If you get an error message then
redo step 6.
8. To safely remove your flash drive, click on the small white arrow in the bottom right of your screen.
Then click on the little green arrow.
Click on the device listed and a pop-up box will say that it is safe to remove your flash drive.
